Korean Zoodle Pho

Ingredients:
2lbs pork shoulder, cut into thin strips
12oz zucchini, spiralized
1 cup chicken stock
¼ cup soy-free Korean stock
1-ounce shiitake mushroom caps, quartered
Directions:
Put your Instant Pot on high and add the stocks. Cook for 2 min.
Add the pork and seal.
Cook on Stew for 15 min.
Release the pressure quickly, add the zoodles and mushrooms, seal and cook on Stew for 1 more min.
Release the pressure and enjoy.
