    Pork and Plums

    Ingredients:

    2lbs of pork belly

    1 cup bouillon

    5 ounces tomato passata

    4 plums, chopped and pitted

    1 tbsp. allspice

    1 tbsp. cinnamon

    Directions:

    Make slices across the pork so the flavor soaks through. Rub with allspice and cinnamon.
    Mix remaining ingredients into a sauce.
    Place pork in Instant Pot, pour sauce over.
    Cook on Stew 40 minutes.
