Pork Cabbage Stew

Ingredients:
2 lbs pork shoulder, boneless
3 cups cabbage, shredded
½ small sweet potato, cut into chunks
1 garlic head, whole
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice vinegar
4 cups beef broth
Spices:
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions:
Place the meat in the pot and pour in the broth. Add garlic head, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and garlic powder. Stir well and seal the lid.
Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and press the ‘’Manual’’ button.
Cook for 25 minutes on high pressure.
When you hear the end signal, perform a quick pressure release and open the lid. Add sweet potatoes and cabbage. Drizzle with soy sauce, rice vinegar, apple cider and add butter.
Seal the lid again and set the steam release handle. Press the ‘’Manual’’ button and continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
When done, release the pressure naturally and open the lid. Serve immediately.
