Spicy Ham Stew

Ingredients:

1.5lbs lean diced cooked ham or gammon

2 cups chopped tomatoes

1 cup low carb salsa

8oz crumbled Monterey cheese

2 tbsp. pulled pork seasoning

Directions:

Mix the ingredients in your Instant Pot.
Seal and cook on Stew for 22 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally and serve.
