Beef Squash Stew

3lbs stewing beef
1lb chopped rutabaga
1lb chopped marrow
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup bone broth
½ cup butter ghee
1 chopped onion
4 cloves of garlic, minced
2 tbsp. mixed Winter spices
2 bay leaves
Warm half the ghee in your Instant Pot and brown the beef all over.
Add the remaining ghee and soften the onion for five minutes in it.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Seal and cook on Stew 25 minutes.
