Chanaflower Masala

(Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:

2 cups chopped raw cauliflower

1 can chopped tomatoes

1 cup water

1 onion, minced

4 tbsp. chana masala mix

1 tbsp. oil

salt and pepper

Directions:

Warm the oil in your Instant Pot.
Soften the onion 5 minutes.
Mix all the ingredients in your Instant Pot.
Seal and cook on Stew for 10 minutes.
Release the pressure quickly and stir well.
Rest before serving.
