Rustic Rabbit Stew

Ingredients:

2lbs rabbit meat on the bone or 1.5lbs off the bone

1 can chopped tomatoes

1 cup red wine

1 cup black olives

1 onion minced

1 celery stalk minced

1 carrot minced

1 tbsp. minced garlic

Italian herbs

salt and pepper

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in your Instant Pot.
Seal and cook on Stew 45 minutes.
