Thanksgiving Dinner Chili

1 tbsp. olive oil
½ chopped large yellow onion
8 minced garlic cloves
2½ pounds lean ground turkey
1½ (15-ounce) cans sugar-free diced tomatoes with liquid
2-ounce sugar-free tomato paste
1 (4-ounce) can green chiles with liquid
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup red chili powder
2 tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. dried oregano
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 pitted and sliced large avocado, peeled
Place the oil in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”. Then add the onion and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
Add turkey and cook for about 8-9 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and stir in remaining ingredients except for avocado.
Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position.
Select the “Meat/Stew” and just use the default time of 35 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a “Natural” release.
Remove the lid and serve hot with the topping of avocado slices.
