Instant Chili

(Total Time: 45 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:

1 pound ground Beef

2 tbsp. Tomato Paste

1 Onion, diced

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

½ cup Beef Broth

½ tbsp. Cumin

1 ½ tbsp. Chili Powder

1 tsp minced Garlic

2 cans diced Tomatoes

½ tsp Salt

¼ tsp Pepper

Directions:

Heat the oil in your IP on SAUTE.
Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
Add garlic and cook for one more minute.
Place the beef inside the pot and cook it until browned, while breaking it with a spatula.
Add the spices and tomato paste, and cook for 30 seconds more.
Add the tomatoes and broth and close the lid.
Cook on MEAT/STEW for 30 minutes.
Release the pressure quickly.
Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

1 pound ground Beef

1 Carrot, diced

26 ounces canned diced Tomatoes

1 tbsp. Chili Powder

1 tsp Garlic Powder

1 tsp Onion Powder

1 tsp Paprika

1 Onion, diced

1 tbsp. Parsley

1 tsp Salt

1 tbsp. Worcestershire Chili

1 tbsp. Oil

1 cup Cauliflower Rice

Directions:

Heat the oil in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
Add the beef and cook until browned.
Add onion and all of the spices and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the remaining ingredients, except the cauliflower.
Cook for 20 minutes on MEAT/STEW.
Add cauliflower rice and cook for 10 more minutes.
Release the pressure naturally.
Serve and enjoy!
