Bean-Free Chili

Ingredients:

1.5lbs mince

2 cans tomatoes

2 cups diced onion

1 cup diced pepper

1 cup bouillon

½ cup sour cream

5 chilies

2 ounces 75% or more dark chocolate

2 tsp minced garlic

salt, pepper, cumin to taste, or a chili mix

Directions:

Put the oil and onions in your Instant Pot and soften 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and cook on Stew 50 minutes.
