Shrimp In Ginger

Ingredients:
1lb peeled and deveined shrimp
1 cup minced garlic
1 cup minced onion
½ cup water
1 tbsp. sake or mirin
2 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1 tsp sesame seeds
1 tsp sugar
salt and pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together in your Instant Pot.
Seal and cook on Stew for 8 minutes.
