Coffee Beef Stew

2.5 lbs. minced beef
3 cups coffee
1 cup natural beef stock or bone broth
1 cup button mushrooms
1 cup red wine
1 minced onion
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. garlic
a bay leaf
Put the oil in your Instant Pot.
Soften the onion 5 minutes.
Add the beef. Brown 10 minutes.
Add the garlic and bay leaf a minute.
Add the remaining ingredients. Cook on Stew for 25 minutes.
