Holiday Turkey Chili

1 tbsp. butter
1 seeded and chopped red bell pepper
1 chopped small yellow onion
3 minced garlic cloves
2 pounds ground turkey
1 (15-ounce) can sugar-free diced tomatoes
1 (4-ounce) can fire-roasted diced green chilis
¾ cup homemade pumpkin puree
3 tbsp. red chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1½ tbsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp. dried oregano
Salt, to taste
½ cup homemade chicken broth
Place the butter in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”. Then add the bell pepper, onion and garlic and cook for about 4-5 minutes.
Ad turkey and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and stir in remaining ingredients.
Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position.
Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 20 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a “Natural” release.
Remove the lid and serve hot.
