    Instant Chili

    (Total Time: 45 MIN| Serves: 4)

    Ingredients:

    1 pound ground Beef

    2 tbsp. Tomato Paste

    1 Onion, diced

    1 tbsp. Olive Oil

    ½ cup Beef Broth

    ½ tbsp. Cumin

    1 ½ tbsp. Chili Powder

    1 tsp minced Garlic

    2 cans diced Tomatoes

    ½ tsp Salt

    ¼ tsp Pepper

    Directions:

    Heat the oil in your IP on SAUTE.
    Add onion and cook for 2 minutes.
    Add garlic and cook for one more minute.
    Place the beef inside the pot and cook it until browned, while breaking it with a spatula.
    Add the spices and tomato paste, and cook for 30 seconds more.
    Add the tomatoes and broth and close the lid.
    Cook on MEAT/STEW for 30 minutes.
    Release the pressure quickly.
    Serve and enjoy!
