1 lbs Hot Italian Sausage Stuffing
1 cup Onion (diced)
6 cloves Garlic (minced)
12 oz Cauliflower (frozen)
12 oz Kale (frozen)
3 cups Water
½ cup Heavy Cream
½ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
Set the Instant Pot to “Saute”
Turn your pressure cooker on to Sauté. Add in the Italian sausage stuffing and lightly brown, while constantly stirring to break the chunks, for 2 minutes.
Add the onions and garlic, and mix well to combine.
Add the cauliflower, kale and three cups of water.
Place and lock the lid, and manually set cooking time to 3 minutes at high pressure.
When done let naturally release the pressure and then quick release it.
Slowly stir in the cream.
Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
