Ingredients:

For chili:

1 lb ground beef

2 onions, chopped

2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped

1 cup button mushrooms, sliced

2 small chili peppers, chopped

3 tbsp butter

4 cups beef broth

Spices:

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp chili powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp dried basil

Directions:

Grease the bottom of the inner pot with oil and press the ‘’Sauté’’ button. Add onions and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add chili peppers and continue to cook for another 2 minutes.
Add ground beef and sprinkle with salt, chili powder, smoked paprika, and dried basil. Stir in the butter and cook for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Pour in the beef broth and add cherry tomatoes and mushrooms. Optionally, season with some more salt or pepper.
Seal the lid and set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position. Press the ‘’Manual button and set the timer for 12 minutes on high pressure.
When you hear the end signal, perform a quick release and open the lid.
Serve immediately.
