Chinese Brussels Sprouts

2 pounds halved brussels sprouts

¼ cup soy sauce

2 tbsp. sriracha sauce

1 tbsp. fresh lime juice

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp. chopped almonds

1 tbsp. smoked paprika

1 tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp garlic powder

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


In the pot of Instant Pot, add all ingredients and stir to combine.
Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position.
Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 3 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a “Quick” release.
Remove the lid and serve.
