Nicely Flavored Swiss Chard

Ingredients:

2 ribs removed and chopped into bite-sized pieces large heads Swiss chard

2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

ΒΌ tsp ground cumin

1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

1/3 cup water

Instructions:

In the pot of Instant Pot, add all ingredients and stir to combine.
Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to β€œSeal” position.
Select β€œManual” and cook under β€œHigh Pressure” for about 3 minutes.
Select the β€œCancel” and carefully do a Natural release.
Remove the lid and serve.
