4 cups broccoli florets
6 minced garlic cloves
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
Salt, to taste
In the bottom of Instant Pot, arrange a steamer basket and pour 1 cup of water.
Place the broccoli into the steamer basket.
Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position.
Select “Manual” and cook under “Low Pressure” for about 10 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a “Natural” release.
Remove the lid and transfer the broccoli to a plate.
Remove water from the pot and with paper towels, pat dry.
Place the butter in the Instant Pot and select “Sauté”. Then add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds.
Add the broccoli and lime juice and cook for about 30 seconds.
Stir in salt and cook for about 1 minute.
Select the “Cancel” and serve.
