Ingredients:
1 lb broccoli, chopped
5 large bacon slices, chopped
¼ cup Greek yogurt, full-fat
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
¼ cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
Spices:
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp salt
½ tsp red chili flakes
Directions:
Plug in your instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Add bacon and cook for 3 minutes, or until crisp. Remove from the pot and combine with Greek yogurt and cheddar cheese. Set aside.
Now, grease the stainless steel with olive oil. Add broccoli and cook for 4-5 minutes.
Stir in the previously prepared Greek yogurt mixture and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and red chili flakes. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the pot and transfer all to a serving dish.
Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and serve immediately.
