In a small heat-proof ramekin, add all ingredients.
In the bottom of Instant Pot, arrange a steamer trivet and pour 2 cups of water.
Place the ramekin on top of trivet
Secure thee lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position.
Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 2 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a “Natural” release.
Remove the lid and carefully, transfer the ramekin onto a counter.
With a fork, stir the mixture until smooth.
