Ingredients:

3 cups fresh parsley leaves, chopped

1 small onion, chopped

4 garlic cloves, crushed

½ cup olive oil

Spices:

1/2 tsp salt

¼ tsp pepper

½ tsp red pepper flakes

1 tsp dried oregano

Directions:

Grease the stainless steel insert with some oil and press the ‘Saute’ button. Add onions, garlic, and stir-fry for 10 minutes.
Now add chopped parsley and season with spices. Give it a good stir and pour in the remaining oil. Seal the lid.
Press the ‘Manual’ button and set the steam release handle. Set the timer for 15 minutes.
When you hear the cooker’s end signal, release the pressure naturally and open the lid.
Chill to a room temperature and serve.
