2 large avocados, chopped into chunks

1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped

¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 large onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeno pepper, chopped

2 garlic cloves, crushed


1 tsp salt

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp cumin powder


Combine the ingredients in your instant pot and pour in one cup of water. Stir well and seal the lid.
Set the steam release handle and press the ‘Manual’ button. Set the timer for 25 minutes.
When done, release the pressure naturally and open the pot. Chill for a while and transfer to a food processor.
Serve cold.
