1 cup tomatoes, diced
1 chili pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
¼ cup apple cider vinegar
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
½ tsp stevia powder
Plug in your instant pot and grease the stainless steel insert with some oil. Add tomatoes and chopped chili pepper. Season with spices and pour in apple cider. Stir well and seal the lid.
Set the steam release handle and press the ‘Manual’ button. Set the timer for 15 minutes.
When you hear the cooker’s end signal, release the steam naturally and open the lid.
