    Almond Flour Breakfast Bread

    (Total Time: 40 MIN| Serves: 15)

    Ingredients:
    2 ½ cups Almond Flour
    6 tbsp. Milk
    ½ tsp Baking Soda
    ¼ cup Whey Protein Powder
    1 tsp Xanthan Gum
    ½ cup Oat Fiber
    1 tbsp. Erythritol
    6 ounces Yogurt
    4 Eggs
    6 tbsp. Butter, softened
    2 tsp Baking Powder
    Pinch of Salt
    1 ½ cups Water

    Directions:

    1. Pour the water into the Instant Pot and lower the trivet.
    2. Combine the dry ingredients in one bow, and whisk the wet ones in another.
    3. Gently combine the two mixtures.
    4. Grease loaf pan that can fit into the IP, with cooking spray.
    5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
    6. Place the pan inside the IP and close the lid.
    7. Cook on HIGH for 30 minutes.
    8. Release the pressure quickly.
    9. Serve and enjoy!
