2 green bell peppers, chopped
2 tbsp almond flour
¼ cup whole milk
½ small onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
¼ cup butter
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp dried basil
Melt the butter on the ‘’Saute’’ mode and add bell peppers and onions. Sprinkle with salt and cook until peppers have softened.
Now add olive oil and season with black pepper, garlic powder, and basil. Stir in almond flour and continue to cook for another minute.
Pour in the milk and give it a good stir. Bring it to a boil and press the ‘’Cancel’’ button.
Remove the sauce from the pot and use immediately.
