3 garlic cloves, crushed
1 ½ cup of milk
2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
¼ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp garlic powder
Grease the inner pot with butter and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Heat up and add garli. Sprinkle with thyme and garlic powder.
Cook for one minute and then add milk. Drizzle with apple cider vinegar and bring it to a boil.
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and remove from the pot. Serve with meat.
