Creamy Parsley Sauce

2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped

3 tbsp butter, unsalted

1 ½ cup whole milk

4 tbsp heavy cream

4 tbsp cream cheese

2 tbsp gorgonzola cheese

½ tsp agar powder


½ tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground


Plug in the instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Melt the butter in the inner pot and add cream cheese and gorgonzola cheese. Stir well and cook until the cheese melts. Now pour in the heavy cream and milk. Sprinkle with parsley and season with salt and pepper.
Stir well and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and serve immediately.
