Ingredients:

4 egg yolks

4 tbsp butter

¼ cup heavy cream

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped

2 tbsp lemon juice, finely chopped

2 tbsp oil

Spices:

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground

¼ tsp nutmeg

Directions:

Plug in the instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Melt the butter and set aside.
Place eggs in a food processor and pour in the heavy cream. Process until smooth and gently add melted butter. Set aside.
Now heat up the oil on the ‘’Saute’’ mode and add onions. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cook for 3-4 minutes and press the ‘’Cancel’’ button.
Transfer the onions to a food processor and add parsley.
Process well again and serve.
