1 cup heavy cream
2 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ cup feta cheese
¼ cup parmesan, freshly grated
2 tsp lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
¼ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Plug in the instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Grease the inner pot with olive oil and heat up. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
Now add heavy cream, cheese, and Dijon. Sprinkle with lemon juice and fresh parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and canyenne.
Give it a good stir and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and optionally transfer to a food processor. Process until completely smooth.
