Ingredients:

½ cup soy sauce

3 tbsp swerve

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

3 tbsp rice vinegar

2 garlic cloves, crushed

2 tbsp oil

Spices:

½ tsp ginger powder

¼ tsp garlic powder

Directions:

Pour the soy sauce in the instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Add swerve and gently bring it to a boil. Stir well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Now add balsamic vinegar, rice vinegar, oil, and garlic. Season with garlic powder and ginger powder.
Stir well and cook for 5 minutes.
When done, press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and remove the sauce from the pot. Serve immediately.
