12 egg yolks
½ cup swerve
2 tbsp coconut flour
1 tbsp oil
5 cups whole milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
Plug in the instant pot and press the ‘’Saute’’ button. Pour in the milk heat up.
Meanwhile, whisk together egg yolks, swerve, coconut flour, oil, and vanilla extract.
Gently pour the vanilla mixture into the pot and bring it to a boil. Give it a good stir and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Optionally, add about ¼ tsp of agar powder.
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and remove the sauce from the pot. Transfer to glass jars with tight lids and store until use.
