2-Ingredients Chicken Wings

2 pounds grass-fed chicken wings and drumettes

½ cup sugar-free BBQ sauce


In the bottom of Instant Pot, arrange a steamer basket and pour 1 cup of water.
Place the wings and drumettes into the steamer basket.
Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position.
Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 5 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Arrange a wire rack on a baking sheet.
Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a Natural release.
Remove the lid and transfer wings and drumettes to a large plate.
With paper towels, pat dry the wings and drumettes.
In a bowl, add wings and drumettes with BBQ sauce and toss to coat well.
Place the wings and drumettes onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for about 8-15 minutes.
Remove from oven and serve warm.
