4 medium Artichokes
1 wedge Lemon
1 cup Water
Wash the artichokes well and with a knife cut off the stem and around an inch of the top.
Rub the cut on top with the lemon, to prevent browning, and gently spread the leaves a bit.
Place the artichokes in a steamer insert in the Instant Pot and pour in a cup of water.
Place and lock the lid, and set the Instant Pot manual to 10 minutes cooking time at high pressure.
When done let the Instant Pot naturally release the pressure for 10 minutes and then open the valve for quick release.
Serve warm with a dipping sauce.
