    Cheese Loaded Burgers

    (Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 2)

    Ingredients:

    1 pound grass-fed lean ground beef

    1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    ¼ tsp garlic powder

    Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    2-ounce shredded cheddar cheese

    Directions:

    In a large bowl, add ground beef, Worcestershire Sauce, garlic powder, salt and black pepper and mix until well combined.
    Make 4 equal sized balls from the mixture.
    With your hands, flatten each ball.
    Place 1-ounce cheese in the center of 2 of the flattened balls.
    Cover each with remaining 2 flatten balls, pressing the edges together well.
    In the bottom of Instant Pot, arrange a steamer tray and pour ½ cup of water.
    Place burgers on top of steamer tray.
    Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position.
    Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 5 minutes.
    Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a “Natural” release.
    Remove the lid and serve.
