1 pound lean ground turkey
1 organic egg
¼ tsp dried thyme
¼ tsp dried oregano
¼ tsp dried rosemary
¼ tsp garlic powder
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1½ cups sugar-free tomato sauce
In a bowl, add all ingredients except tomato sauce and mix until well combined.
Make equal sized meatballs from the mixture.
In the bottom of Instant Pot, place meatballs and tomato sauce and gently stir to combine.
Secure the lid and place the pressure valve to “Seal” position.
Select “Manual” and cook under “High Pressure” for about 25 minutes.
Select the “Cancel” and carefully do a “Quick” release.
Remove the lid and serve.
