2 cups almond flour
½ cup dark chocolate, unsweetened
½ cup raw cocoa powder
2 tsp powdered stevia
½ cup almond milk, unsweetened
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp strawberry extract, sugar-free
½ tsp salt
In a large mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients and mix until combined. Now, add all the remaining ingredients. With a paddle attachment on, beat until all well incorporated.
Plug in your instant pot and pour in 2 cups of water. Position a trivet in the stainless steel insert. Pour in the previously prepared mixture into a greased springform pan. Place the pan on top of a trivet and close the lid.
Adjust the steam release handle and set the timer for 15 minutes. Cook on high pressure.
Once done, press “Cancel” button and turn off the pot. Open the lid and let it chill for a while before serving.
