Vanilla Cherry Panna Cotta

    For the vanilla layer:

    1 cup heavy whipping cream

    2 tbsp whole milk

    1 tsp agar powder

    ½ tsp vanilla extract

    1 tbsp walnuts, roughly chopped

    For the cherry layer:

    1 cup heavy whipping cream

    1 tsp agar powder

    1 tbsp almonds, roughly chopped

    2 tsp cherry extract


    Plug in the instant pot and combine all vanilla layer ingredients in the stainless steel insert. Press the ‘’Saute’’ button and stir constantly. Bring it to a light simmer and then press ‘’Cancel’’ button. Transfer to a large bowl and set aside.
    Clean the pot and pat-dry with a kitchen paper. Now, add all cherry layer ingredients and stir well. Again, bring it to a light simmer, stirring constantly.
    Pour about ½-inch thick vanilla layer in a medium-sized glass. Now, add the second layer of the cherry mixture. Repeat the process until you have used both mixtures.
    Optionally, garnish with some fresh mint and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
