2 cups almond flour
2 tsp orange extract
½ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ cup almond butter
1 tbsp. cocoa powder, unsweetened
½ unsweetened dark chocolate, cut into chunks
1 large egg
1 tsp stevia powder
Plug in your instant pot and pour in 2 cups of water. Position a trivet in the stainless steel insert. Line a small baking dish with some parchment paper and set aside.
Combine the ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and press with your hands to flatten the surface.
Wrap tightly with aluminum foil and place in the instant pot. Seal the lid and set the steam release handle. Press the ‘Manual’ button and set the timer for 12 minutes.
When you hear the cooker’s end signal, perform a quick release and open the lid.
Using oven mitts, carefully remove the pan from the instant pot and cool to a room temperature.
Slice into bars and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
