Ingredients
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes
8 ounces coconut cream
1/3 cup coconut butter
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
Instructions
Bring the ingredients to a low simmer in a saucepan. Stir until smooth.
Transfer from the heat and cool for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer to a blender; blend on hight to remove any remaining lumps.
Place the mixture into a mini ice cube tray.
Freeze for 20 minutes or until set
