    INDULGENT CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

    MAKES 2 servings

    This rich, creamy milkshake is a perfect pick-me-up when you don’t have time to make a dessert. Simply throw all the ingredients in a blender for one minute. If you have the time and the desire, top with whipped cream, nuts, and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

    1½ cups (360 ml) ice

    1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk

    1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream

    ¼ cup (20 g) unsweetened cocoa powder

    ¼ cup (48 g) granulated low-carb sweetener of your choice

    FOR GARNISH (OPTIONAL)

    Whipped cream

    Chopped toasted nuts of your choice

    Sprinkle of unsweetened cocoa powder

    1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
    2. Pour into two 12-ounce (360-ml) serving glasses and top with whipped cream, chopped nuts of your choice, and sprinkle of cocoa powder, if you wish.
