This delightful concoction is very similar to the famous Starbucks Vanilla Bean Frappuccino, which is notorious for containing an astonishing amount of sugar.
1¼ cups (300 ml) heavy cream
1½ cups (360 ml) ice
1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup (48 g) granulated low-carb sweetener of your choice
Seeds of ½ vanilla bean
Whipped cream, for garnish
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
- Pour the mixture into two 12-ounce (360-ml) serving glasses and top with whipped cream.
