    Preparation Method

    1. Toss the butter and cream cheese into a coffee mug. Microwave using the high-power setting for 20 seconds.
    2. Whisk the sweetener, coconut flour, and baking powder, and vanilla. Whisk well, adding the egg.
    3. Press six whole raspberries into the batter.
