SLOW COOKER SIZE: SMALL
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
2 (8-ounce) packages full-fat cream cheese, cut into cubes
½ cup hot wing sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup full-fat sour cream
½ teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon chopped scallion
1.Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Cover with the chicken broth. Cover and cook on Low for 4 hours or on High for 2 hours. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker, and using the tines of two forks, shred the chicken. Discard the broth.
2.Return the chicken to the slow cooker and add the cream cheese, wing sauce, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and onion powder. Cover and cook on High for 1 hour, stirring after 30 minutes. Garnish with the scallions.
