Preparation Method
- Warm up the oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Prepare the pan.
- Whisk the egg with the heavy cream, butter, vanilla, almond flour, salt, and swerve. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Form the mixture into one-inch balls.
- Arrange the cookies about three-inches apart on the cookie sheets.
- Bake until browned to your liking (17-19 min.).
