Preparation Method

  1. Warm up the oven to 350º Fahrenheit. Prepare the pan.
  2. Whisk the egg with the heavy cream, butter, vanilla, almond flour, salt, and swerve. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Form the mixture into one-inch balls.
  4. Arrange the cookies about three-inches apart on the cookie sheets.
  5. Bake until browned to your liking (17-19 min.).
