    Vidalia Onion and Bacon Dip

    This is a go-to dip for your crudité platter. It also makes a great topping for riced cauliflower.
    SLOW COOKER SIZE: SMALL

    Nonstick cooking spray
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 cup finely chopped Vidalia or other sweet onion
    8 ounces sugar-free bacon, cooked until crisp
    1.Spray the stoneware with nonstick cooking spray.
    2.Place all the remaining ingredients in the slow cooker. Cover and cook on High for 1 to 1½ hours, stirring every 30 minutes, or until melted and heated through.
