● Walnut or almond butter (.25 cup)

● Sugar-free coffee liqueur syrup – ex. Da Vinci (2 tbsp.)

● Heavy whipping cream (.25 cup)

Preparation Method

  1. Use a glass measuring cup and add the oil, walnut butter, coffee liqueur, cocoa powder, and sweetener.
  2. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds. Stir the contents until the oil melts.
  3. Stir in the cream and pour into the molds. Arrange a nut in each one and freeze until set.
