    RANCH DRESSING

    Yield: 1½ cups (2 tablespoons per serving) Prep time: 5 minutes, plus 2 hours to chill image

    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

    ½ cup chicken or beef bone broth, homemade (here) or store-bought

    ½ teaspoon dried chives

    ½ teaspoon dried dill weed

    ½ teaspoon dried parsley

    ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

    ¼ teaspoon onion powder

    ⅛ teaspoon fine sea salt

    ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper

    In a blender or large bowl, mix together all of the ingredients. Transfer to a mason jar, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. (It will thicken as it rests.) Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
