    TACO SEASONING

    Yield: ½ cup (1 tablespoon per serving) Prep time: 2 minutes image

    This seasoning tastes great on Mexican Tenderloin (here), but it also is a great seasoning to have on hand to make seasoned ground beef for a simple taco night supper. I use this whole batch of seasoning for 1 pound of ground beef.

    2 tablespoons chili powder

    1 tablespoon ground cumin

    2 teaspoons fine sea salt

    2 teaspoons ground black pepper

    1 teaspoon paprika

    1 teaspoon ground coriander

    ½ teaspoon garlic powder

    ½ teaspoon onion powder

    ½ teaspoon ground dried oregano

    ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes

    In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients until well combined. Store in an airtight container away from heat and light for up to 2 months.
